Temporary Customer Service Advisor

Red Recruitment is recruiting temporary Customer Service Advisors to work remotely for a well known large outsourcer who provide customer service for a number of their clients who are well known brands.

Package:

• Hourly rate: £12.21 per hour
• Days: 5 out 7 days per week
• Hours: 8am - 4.30pm (37.5 hours per week)
• Contract: 4 weeks temporary assignment
• Start dates: 15th/16th July

Job role:

You will be answering inbound customer calls, thanking the customer for their time and responding to their query. You will be following a script to ensure all the correct information is provided to the customer.

There will be a high volume of calls, therefore you must be able to answer them in a timely manner. An internet speed check will be completed before you start to ensure there is no delay with you receiving these calls.

Requirements:

• You must have an appropriate home set up
• You must have a non Apple or Chrome computer to use
• WiFi is not prohibited, therefore you will need to use an ethernet cable
• You should be customer orientated and be happy to speak to a number of customers
• Excellent communication skills, particularly verbal is essential due to the nature of the calls
