Red Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client who is based in Bristol and is looking for positive Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a temporary basis. This position is Monday to Friday and the salary is £11.44 per hour.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

Making outbound calls to create appointments for the design consultants
Achieving KPIs for the department, including the number of calls made, contacts achieved and appointments made
Ensuring that appointments booked are booked according to the policies and standards in place
Making sure that data on the system is kept up-to-date and accurate

Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:

Contact centre experience is required
You should be confident talking to customers on the phone
Good customer service skills is required
You should be able to work towards targets
